Introduction

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Guided Motorcycle Tours' services.

By booking a ride or using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of them, you must not use our services.

Definitions

• Company: 'Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our' refers to Guided Motorcycle Tours Ltd.
• Service: 'Service' refers to the motorcycle rides and related services provided by the Company.
• Rides: 'Rides' refers to guided motorcycle excursions organized by the Company.
• Customer: 'Customer', 'you', or 'your' refers to the individual or entity booking or participating in our rides.
• Website: 'Website' refers to the website operated by Guided Motorcycle Tours Ltd.

Bookings and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us and the required deposit has been paid.

When making a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information. Any special requirements must be communicated at the time of booking.

The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all participants in the ride understand and accept these terms and conditions.

Payments and Fees

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total ride price is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the ride start date.

For bookings made within 60 days of the ride start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

All prices are quoted in the currency specified and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the ride and the timing of the cancellation.

Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the ride start date: Loss of deposit only.
• Cancellations made 30-60 days before the ride start date: 50% of the total ride price.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the ride start date: 100% of the total ride price.
• No-shows: 100% of the total ride price.

Cancellation by Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel a ride due to insufficient participants, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative ride or a full refund of all monies paid to the Company.

Participant Requirements

To participate in our motorcycle rides, you must:

• Hold a valid motorcycle license appropriate for the motorcycle you will be riding.
• Have sufficient riding experience for the ride difficulty level.
• Be in good physical and mental health to safely complete the ride.
• Have appropriate travel insurance that covers motorcycle touring activities.

Liability and Risk

Motorcycle touring involves inherent risks. By booking a ride, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

The Company is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense suffered by participants during the ride, except where caused by the proven negligence of the Company.

The Company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the ride.

Insurance

All participants must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers motorcycle touring activities, medical emergencies, and repatriation. Proof of insurance may be required before the ride begins.

Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the Company is registered, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
